Wondering how to use our Blend?

- Use a few drops in your bath ( combined with a base oil )and breathe after a hard day
- It's a good idea to add a few drops to your base oil for a soothing massage
- Rub in your hands and take a deep breath
- Sprinkle on your pillow and relax
- Use up to 5 drops in an aromatherapy diffuser.

* We do not emphasize at every step the naturalness of the oil, because every essential oil is natural. Otherwise it would not be an essential oil, but simply a fragrance oil.
