For sunbathing

We associate tanning with relaxation, blissful laziness and carefree time spent with a loved one in some beautiful place.
The sun's rays stimulate skin synthesis of vitamin D3, improve mood and often relieve muscle pain. Unfortunately, incompetent sunbathing can lead to skin irritation, burns, faster skin aging and even skin cancer.

So how to tan without harming your health?

Prepare your skin for tanning before the summer season. Start by providing your body with antioxidants such as beta-carotene, which is found in carrots, tomatoes and pumpkin, for example. Antioxidants will help your skin nullify the negative effects of the sun's rays. Hydrate your body. During hot weather, we should increase our fluid supply by 1-1.5 liters a day. Dehydration can cause general weakness and fainting. Use sunscreen or radiation protection products. It is important that this protection is adapted to the phototype of your skin.

Sunburn is easiest to occur at the very beginning of summer, when, thirsty for heat and sun, we mindlessly lay out on deck chairs in the belief that the first rays will certainly not harm us. Don't be afraid of the shade. Few people realize that UV radiation also occurs in the shade. Of course, it is weaker and scattered. But this does not change the fact that even lounging in the shade our skin tans.
Indispensable cosmetics for summer are raspberry seed oil, cocoa butter and shea butter :)
