Bergamot is a representative of the most subtle variety of all citrus fruits. It finds its wide application in perfumery but especially in natural therapies for colds, coughs, flu and various infections. It is particularly used for skin inflammation, acne or dandruff in combination with other oils, as it shows the ability to reduce seborrhea. It is also used for inflammation of the bladder and also external genital organs. Its deodorizing properties work well in therapies related to damaged skin in the form of ulcers, impetigo, but also for the mouth. It definitely has a relaxing effect related to nervous tension, stress, depressive states and also melancholy. Known for the fragrance given to Earl Grey tea.

INDICATIONS IN USE:

• Massage: for nervous tension, stress, apathy, depression, we recommend using a few drops on the base oil (argan, jojoba) 5-10 drops of bergamot essence for every 10 ml of base oil.

• Bath: for seborrhea, oily skin, ulcers, impetigo, inflammation of the external genital organs, tension, stress.

Add 5-7 drops per tub of water (bath time up to 15 minutes)

• Inhalation: for inflammation of the throat, depression, apathy,

1-2 drops of oil add to a pot of hot water, cover the head with a towel and inhale with eyes closed 2-5 minutes, or in an aromatherapy fireplace.

• Compresses: for acne, inflammation of the skin.

Added as a substitute for washing machine rinse, great for disinfecting bedding and linens ! (a few drops are enough for this purpose)

The bottle has a dropper and child-proofing.
