MALE DIMENSION - a set of essential oils for aromatherapy and sauna.

The oils were selected to be a support in inhalation during:

* cough, runny nose, flu - cedarwood
* fatigue, nervous tension, anxiety tendencies, but also aphrodisiac effect - neroli
* excess stressful situations, insomnia, nervousness - frankincense ( puts you in the right mood during meditation, clears the space )
* lack of energy with a simultaneous feeling of anxiety, headache - lemon balm.

Our suggestion for the afternoon after a long day at work:

* add a few drops to water in a diffuser of a mixture of neroli ( 4 drops ) lemon bal m ( 2 drops ) and frankincense ( 1 drop ).

* or take melissa and cedarwood with you to the sauna :)

Use:

place a few drops of one or more oils in an aromatherapy fireplace.

The oils in this set used individually or in any blends make a great relaxing and toning blend for use in the sauna.
