Vitamin E has otherwise, and not without reason, been called the vitamin of youth. It is great at dealing with free radicals, which are a threat to the condition of our skin. Our vitamin, is a 70-percent mix of tocopherols extracted from high-quality sunflower seeds and thus friendly to vegans and vegetarians. It is fat-soluble, so it's a nice addition to oils. If the skin is visibly weakened, it can be used alone within a certain time frame, while its rather thick consistency encourages you to create your own blends.

Nourishing mask with vitamin E for face and décolleté for tired, gray skin that needs an energy boost:

1 tablespoon of shea butter (dissolve in a bowl), 3 drops of prickly pear oil, 2 drops of vitamin E

Apply the mask to a washed and lightly dried face and neck. For a more intense effect, apply a warm compress of diaper or gauze, leave on for about 15 minutes. Do not wash off. Due to the intensity of the treatment, we recommend doing it in the evening so that the nutrients have time to be absorbed.
