In an increasingly (fortunately) ecological world, essential oils are beginning to be used very comprehensively - in accordance with the wide range of activities they offer us.

In addition to the obvious use in aromatherapy, we will find them both in skin and hair care products, and now they are also in the specifics that help keep our homes clean.
There is no wonder, after all, with such ubiquitous chemistry, people are starting to look for safer and more natural solutions, and in this case essential oils become an inseparable component of ecological, home preparations used during cleaning.

The essential oil is not only a guarantee of a natural, pleasant and long-lasting fragrance, but also a guarantee of effective disinfection, stain removal and descaling.

You think ... it's a big investment ... these oils are expensive - nothing could be more wrong! first of all, 15ml of the oil lasts for a very long time.
For example, we add about 5 drops of essential oil to one wash, 10 drops to clean the floor, 4 drops to vacuuming, about 5 drops to refresh the bathroom (depending on the number of drains).

And the most important argument... we absorb it all, it affects our body, it affects our health!
The choice of essential oils is huge, but in my opinion, the few below are the best choice to start the adventure with natural, home methods devoid of unnecessary chemistry.

So let's focus on these few oils and why it is worth reaching for them as a substitute for commercial cleaning products.

Seven essential oils that will make ordinary cleaning more powerful :)

What do you need besides essential oils to start eco cleaning?
Now that you know the best essential oils, it's time to give you a brief overview of a few other ingredients needed to create almost any household cleaner:

• baking soda
• distilled vinegar
• unscented soap
• spray bottles
• alcohol (vodka)

How to create a universal kitchen and bathroom cleaner?
nothing easier:

• a glass of “white” vinegar
• glass of water
• 15 drops of lemon essential oil
• 10 drops of tea tree essential oil

Mix the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake to combine. Use as a spray cleaner in the kitchen or bathroom. In fact, you can choose oils according to your fragrance preferences, because after all, this fragrance will accompany you in space for some time :)

Personally, I have been using essential oils to rinse my laundry for many years. I drop a few drops into the drawer for the fabric softener.
My favorite oils are: orange, eucalyptus, lavender, mint, lemon, bergamot, rosemary, sage, lemongrass, grapefruit, cedarwood, geranium, verbena.

I especially like citrus-green mixes, e.g. lemon with rosemary,
or lavender-sage. Some oils leave a more intense fragrance, others are more delicate.
I choose them depending on what I wash, e.g. towels or bedding can smell stronger, so I choose eucalyptus, verbena or lemongrass (oooo! this one has power) sometimes I also add a PROTECTION blend (yes, I know, it's for mosquitoes and ticks, but I have here is a mix with a nice fresh scent).
If it's supposed to be aphrodisiac, then of course I add patchouli to the bedding ;)
For underwear, for example, I use lavender, orange or bergamot. But it's really a matter of taste :) Play with the scents and find your favorite ones :)

Ach...! and one more quick application ... just before the guests arrive, sprinkle the doormat with one of the citruses, it will be more pleasant from the entrance and because citruses raise energy, the atmosphere of the meeting will immediately blush :)
